WAREHOUSE ELEMENTSTRAAT

The first weekend my roomies and I were ready for a night out together, we went to the Warehouse Elementstraat. And yes, the name already says what kind of music is being played there, techno - elektro.

I really love this kind of settings. Cold, desolated, dark interior and good music ... The evening we went to the Warehouse there was an event called Unpolished, it was actually a weekend event but we didn't know this until we arrived there. So we first cooked together, on Friday is our roomie-cooking-together-evening, and then we start preparing for our night out.

When we ordered our Uber the estimate was between 10 and 14 euros. When we eventually arrived, it was 30 euros. A little flipping between us three was going on but okay, we couldn't do much anymore. Then the second flipping started because we heard while queuing that the tickets were SOLD OUT! I guess it was a bit noticable that we were the only ones who had no tickets so a guy came to us and sold his tickets because his friends weren't able to come. AAAAND hup another 30 euros gone just to enter the Warehouse. But I have to admit, it was such a great night!

You're probably wondering how much money did you spend that night? When I almost have to barf writing this number, it was 70 euros. That's not that much?! When you know I normally spend 20 - 30 euros a night, 70 euros is a LOTTTT!

But I will visit the Warehouse again!
