Sunday evening my boyfriend and I were longing for ramen after a full day of sightseeing. We passed by Fou Fow Ramen by 5 PM when there were already a lot of people queuing up. We decided to drink something first at Brix, told ya it's ma fav spot, and then come back. When we returned one and half hour later, there was still a queue. I felt in my little toe that we were going to have a good dinner because a lot of people waiting outside is equal to delish food.

Fou Fow Ramen put a paper on the window where everybody who is waiting for a table can write his name and with how many people they are so that nobody can cut the line. A very nice idea and it works very well.

THE FOODDD

After ten minutes waiting it was our turn to start our dinner evening. When I was just sitting down at our table, my eyes fell on the dish of our neighbours. It looked so good so I simply asked, still with my winter jacket on, what is was.

For starters Fabian and I choose again for the gyoza but this time deepfried chicken gyoza.

As a main I took the dish of my neighbours and this was Tan Tan Men, so noodles in chicken and pork broth with Sechuan peppers topped with minced pork, spinach, spring onions, a half egg and bean sprouts. My boyfriend went for the classic noodle soup Shio Ramen. Shio Ramen is a noodle soup with chickenbroth topped with chicken and pork cha siu, spinach and spring onions. I must say, I made the better choice!
