Amsterdam North is the part of the city where I spend most of my time as Joolz is located here. So after the flea market, I took my friends to Hangar. It's a restaurant in a warehouse but with the round forms of a hangar. Guess where they got the name from?! The style of the restaurant describes itself as a beautiful mess. Their main goal was to make the raw feeling of the shed warm, stylish and above all not too tight. And I must say, they succeeded in their purpose!

THE FOODDD

As I was really hungry, of all the walking at the IJ-hallen, I took two dishes. I chose the onion soup which was served with sliced bread and melted gruyere cheese, mmm. You know that cheese is life, right?! As a side dish, or as a matter of fact, to fill my stomach I also ordered a regular tosti with ham and cheese. Simple but good! The other dishes that my friends chose were the caesar salad with chicken, creamy mushroom soup and a tosti "kroket."
