HENDRIX

My roomies and I decided to go out for dinner on Monday evening. Just because we were too lazy to cook, we decided to spoil ourselves and have a good start of week at Hendrix.

Hendrix strives for quality in their cuisine, service and atmosphere. The waiter was so nice, Eve thought that the guy was "titsing'' us as she would say. (What means flirting) But it was just his way of being friendly.

THE FOODDD

As we were almost dying of not being fed since 12 o'clock, it wasn't that hard to make a desicion. Dolo and I chose the Pita Falafel which was served with sweet patato fries. The falafel was made of beetroot and accompanied with spicy pea hummus, pickled red onion, harissa, pepitas on pitta bread. Eve ordered the Hendrix Belly. It was dish of belly of pork with red sauerkraut, carrot purée, green asparagus and apple syrup sauce. The conclusion of this dinner was: empty plates. I almost wanted to lick my plate because it was that good, but I could controll myself.
