My friends and I decided to try this small, Algerian restaurant located in the Prinsengracht.

WHATTT

Raïnaraï is a nomadic restaurant with the Algerian cuisine of chef Laurent Med Khellout. All their dishes are halal and prepared with mainly organic products.

THE FOODDD

There is no menu available. The menu is actually displayed in the cooling counter. The counter is filled daily with different, fresh dishes which you can use to prepare your own meal. You can take this home, but you can also sit at one of the five tables. We decided to eat in the restaurant.

My plate was filled with couscous, fish, peppers, pieces of pumpkin, tomato salsa and coriander. One of us was vegetetarian and took a plate with couscous and only vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, brocolli, peppers, carrots, pieces of pumpkins. One dish was 19,50 euros, what we thought was a bit expensive. But luckily it was tasty!
